Meet Alfyn Gestoso

Alfyn was raised in the Philippines and immigrated to the United States at fourteen. That journey shaped how she sees homeownership: as one of the most life-changing things a family can do, and worth doing carefully.

She serves Reno, Sparks, Fernley, Carson City, and Silver Springs, and works in English and Filipino/Tagalog. In her first full year in real estate she sold nine homes and built strong momentum the modern way — relationships, social media, and showing up for her community.

In 2025 she was recognized in Best of Sierra Nevada with Silver in Real Estate and Gold in Photography. That photographer's eye shows up in every listing she markets.
